As a native Coloradoan, I was naturally drawn to the snowcapped mountains west of Colorado Springs where I grew up. I made a life decision and moved to Breckenridge in 2004. I was fortunate enough to join Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate the following year and have since been involved in 540+ transactions which included the development of Crystal Peak Lodge, One Ski Hill Place and the Shores at Breckenridge.
I love the great outdoors and all of the activities it offers and lifestyle it provides. I enjoy playing hockey, snowboarding, cross country skiing & hiking with our dog. I feel privileged to call Summit County my home and to raise our two girls in such an amazing community. My goal is to help others make their mountain dream possible whether that is an investment property, vacation residence or a local’s primary home.

"I worked with Kristen to help find a second home/vacation condo for our family. Kristen was great to work with. She provided relevant listings that matched our search criteria, so picking out places to go see was very easy. As a local agent, she was able to answer all of our questions and had meaningful suggestions for us. She was very organized during the buying process, and provided key dates and reminders for us as to when items were due. And finally, she had some great recommendations for us for local businesses that we might need now or in the future. I would definitely work with Kristen again in the future!"
"Kristen was amazing! She showed countless properties until we figured out what we were looking for. She was responsive, patient, diligent and worked amazingly hard. Kristen payed attention to details and made sure everything was in order from our offer to our closing. We would highly recommend Kristen for any real estate purchase in Summit County."
